The Danish Ministry of Health is a Danish governmental ministry responsible for healthcare policy in Denmark. Project FRIT SIND (Project Free Mind) was sponsored by the ministry to promote mindfulness throughout Denmark. The research project examined the effects of mindfulness as a psychological treatment and lasted two years, 2017 to 2019. Funded by the Danish Ministry of Health, it was carried out by SIND, the largest psychological health non-profit organization in Denmark.
Our primary goal was to drive traffic to the site by attracting participants to the program. Information on mindfulness and relevant content such as meditation videos was combined with feature custom illustrations, and intuitively designed content to create a rich platform of mindful knowledge for visitors.
The final website successfully promoted the program leading to a full roster of participants from all over the country. The website remained online throughout the duration of the this two-year project. It featured meditation videos, mindfulness resources such as stress reduction practices and other alternative methods to combat stress. The client was happy to be able to offer alternatives to traditional psychological treatment to the Danish population.
“Martin created a beautiful, very user-friendly website for us, with our specific needs and style preferences in mind in all the different aspects of the page. Martin was both very responsive to our inputs and was keen to give his inputs as well. We can only recommend using his expertise!”
